The short version

This summary is for convenience. The full policy below is what applies.

This Privacy Policy explains how Providential AI ("Providential AI," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with OC Site Preview, including ocsitepreview.com, website previews, and websites we build and host for customers.

1. Information we collect

Public business information. To find businesses that might want a website, we use business listing information from Google, such as a business's name, category, phone number, address, star rating, number of reviews, and a link to its Google listing. To build a preview, we also use reviews and photos from that listing, along with the names reviewers and photographers display publicly on Google.

Information you give us. When you contact us or sign up, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, business details, content you send us for your website, and our messages with you.

Payment information. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We don't receive or store your full card number.

Website visitors. When you visit ocsitepreview.com or a website we host, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and some load icons from cdnjs, a service run by Cloudflare. These services receive your IP address when those files load. We don't use advertising cookies, and we don't currently use analytics tools on these websites.

2. How we use information

We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it for targeted advertising.

3. How we share information

4. Website previews and removal requests

Previews are hidden from search engines and can only be reached through their private link. If a business doesn't sign up, we remove its preview, typically within about 14 days. After a preview is removed, we keep basic listing details (such as the business name, phone number, and address) and the outcome of our contact, so we don't contact the business again.

To remove a preview right away, ask us to stop contacting your business, or delete that record, email support@providentialai.com. If you ask us both to delete your information and to stop contacting you, we may keep only the minimum needed to honor that request, such as your phone number on a do-not-contact list.

Reviewers and photographers. If a review or photo you posted on Google appears on a website we host and you'd like it removed, email us with a link to the page.

5. How long we keep information

Review text and photos used in a preview are deleted when the preview is removed. For customers, we keep account, website, and billing information while your plan is active, and afterward for as long as reasonably needed for records, tax, legal, and dispute purposes.

6. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing support@providentialai.com. You can also ask us to stop at any time by telling us during a call or replying to a text or email. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

8. Children

OC Site Preview is a service for businesses and isn't directed to children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version here with an updated date. If a change materially affects customers with an active plan, we'll let you know by email.
