Terms of Service

Last updated September 14, 2026

The short version

This summary is for convenience. The full terms below are what apply.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to OC Site Preview, a website service operated by Providential AI ("Providential AI," "we," "us," or "our"), including ocsitepreview.com, website previews, and websites we build and host for customers. By signing up for a plan or using a website we host for you, you agree to these Terms. If you accept these Terms on behalf of a business, you confirm that you're authorized to do so.

1. What we provide

We design, host, and maintain websites for small businesses. Depending on your plan, the service can include hosting, connecting a domain name, and a set number of changes each month. The plan, features, included changes, and price that apply to you are the ones presented when you sign up. Custom plans, such as plans that include an AI agent, may come with additional terms that we agree to with you in writing.

2. Free website previews

We may build a preview website for a business using publicly available information from its Google Business Profile, such as its name, phone number, services, reviews, and photos, and share a private link to it with the business.

3. Your information and content

You agree to give us accurate contact and billing information and to keep it up to date. You're responsible for the accuracy of the content and business details you give us or approve for your website, including hours, prices, service areas, licenses, and any claims about your services.

4. Billing, automatic renewal, and free trials

5. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime by emailing support@providentialai.com or through any billing management link we provide. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and your website stays live until then. We don't provide refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

We may suspend or end your service if you don't pay, if you materially break these Terms, or if your website is used for something unlawful. Where reasonable, we'll give you notice and a chance to fix the problem first.

6. Ownership

7. Google reviews, photos, and other third-party content

Websites we build may show reviews and photos from your Google Business Profile, credited to the people who posted them. That content comes from Google and remains subject to Google's terms. It may change or be removed if Google changes what it makes available, or if a reviewer or photographer asks for removal. We don't write, edit, or pay for reviews.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to ask us to publish content that is unlawful, false or misleading, infringes anyone's rights, or that you don't have the right to use. We may decline or remove content that we reasonably believe breaks this section.

9. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep websites online and running well, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Websites are hosted with third-party providers, and we may update or change how the service works over time.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't promise any particular number of customers, calls, search rankings, or revenue from your website.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Providential AI won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim arose.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold Providential AI harmless from claims arising out of content or business information you provided or approved, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the service will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version here with an updated date. If a change materially affects customers with an active plan, we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect.
